morning - 11.75 PV/Ivins.  Started with a few with the team as they warmed and did their workout.  Then between the young girls' races, I ran a decent loop from SC around through Ivins and back the Parkway to SC.  Once I got going, I threw down a very solid pace.  Good to know that is still there once in awhile.  Will try and keep connected with some decent pace stuff throughout my life I hope.  (Peg Purple 133.75)
