nice little morning 10k and a reasonable 8:37 average with some ups and downs. warm today. I almost drank out of a public fountain but smelled like chlorine so I thought better of it. about 53 minutes
Great run today actually. tried to pick it up today on the speed. The middle miles with some decent incline, last two with some descent. 8:18, 8:38, 8:41, 7:37, 7:36. Believe it when I say this is great for me, with the artificial grey matter and all.
