This one seemed much longer than it was for some reason. Was going to go ten, but lost interest. avg 8:45. Did not feel very energetic, but am overall excited about the upcoming Ogden Half. One thing I think is interesting is that this may be the only Blog outside of a Gastroenterology site that members feel compelled to detail when they have a BM. Funny eh |
