Fun morning run with the new Brooks Cascade 4 shoes i got yesterday.  They are trail runners but I wanted to start getting a feel for them.  Did Big Titty loop with the Naniloa extension.  avg 8:51  Also carried a hand bottle to experiment.  Liked it overall.
