| 5am run from Rocky Hollow. Dave Tony and I did an out and back to Potters Place Church with a 4 mile tempo in the middle of the run. 42 degrees and really nice running weather.

| 7:05 run from the bridge on 90 toward Montecello. I paced Eric Burton through his first marathon. I picked Eric up 8.45 miles in from Gordon Turner. I held Eric at his preferred pace of 8:10 for about the next 16 miles. He started to unravel at 21 miles in. His finish time was 3:44:xx.
42 degrees and calm today. Really beautiful run.
