5 miles to Kenosha Road and back. Slow recovery run.
Standard Monday run - Conoco Loop - 9 miles. Even Splits - ran in 1:09:46
9 miles at track...very hot (95?). Ran in about 1:11, including a short break at 6 miles
6 miles - fairly slow run - 51 minutes
Left calf is really starting to bother me. Hurts when I begin to run but gets better as I go. Using compression sleeve and elevating.
10 miles on treadmill.
Calf felt a little better. Did step ups:
2 miles at 7.6
2 miles at 7.7
2 miles at 7.8
2 miles at 7.9
1.5 miles at 8.0
.5 miles at 7.5
hopefully...that equals ten

I was very tired. Very difficult run. I didn't stop, but wanted to from about the halfway point. Mentally and physically it was draining. But, I perservered!
