AM - 5 AM2 - 7 AM3 - 2 miles warming up/running before something on the top of my foot I felt doing dynamic drills between running had me stop. And that's why I never stretch/warmup and never will again because I'm fuming mad having worked myself up into a frenzy without the release. Dammit dammit dammit Luckily about 45 minutes off my feet at home had me recover enough to go back to the gym and run 4 more plus weights before work |
