9AM - 7 11AM - 11 Slept in so had to cram mileage in before work. Legs weren't falling apart but I was dead tired the last couple miles of the 11. If I can get another 12 in after I get off it'll be my 5th 200-mile week to date from last Saturday through today 7PM - 7 10PM - 5 and there it is! |
