AM - 3 on hilton, 6:25 pace. ran early and was still a little impaired from celebrating my BRAVES making their first world series of the millennium last night

PM - a bit over 2 on mural. first mile in 5:48, second in 5:29, and i wasn't gonna let me ego drop the pace any more than that for the 3rd split(and i wasn't confident i could run more without giving in to said ego either). short but sweet

I am rooting for the Braves! Beat those cheaters!

Did you see Jason Sudeikis on SNL this weekend? He was playing the devil and being interviewed on Weekend Update. The devil was proudly taking credit for all the bad things going on in America including the Astros making the series.

rob, the real proof of the devil’s influence would have been the dodgers winning the NLCS to face houston. they faced 3 straight “cinderella run” teams in the cardinals, giants and braves. they managed to crush the first two, luckily the braves magic managed to win out in the end

i’m concerned that the luck is going to run out at the worst possible moment(see: atlanta postseason history), but i’m all in on them regardless.

Only the Braves could have the best pitching staff in the history of baseball for a decade and squeeze only one World Series win out of it.

See? Even Ted Lasso cannot give credit to the Astros, and he sees redemption in everyone!

oh my god, if i had a quarter for every time someone brought up ted lasso... well, i’d probably have the money to waste on apple tv so i could watch it

It's time well spent Eugene. Join The Church of Lasso!

winning game 1 on the road only to lose our best starter with a broken fib... only in atlanta do the word “devastating” and “win” go together so often
