AM - 11 on rail trail, 6:38 pace. last 3 was tough. 11 on asphalt... who am i becoming
PM - 5 on backroads. only took 4 hours of recovery between runs, legs were tired but not hurting. had to take off my shorts and run in quarter tights after a couple minutes because my inner thighs got chaffed to hell on the 11. did the vasoline trick right before, didn't help much.
