Hints of delirium PM - 5 on the treadmill First half mile at just under 10mph but my calf felt a little strained(hadn't stretched or ran since I woke up so not surprising, hopped off and stretched and ran the rest at 8mph watching the end of iron man Remember seeing it in theaters as a 9 or 10 year old(good time but was no spiderman 3).
