I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

10 miles at about 7 pm. i ran up the canyon 5 miles, then ran back home. I had wanted to have an improvement from the last time I ran this course. I did, not in time, oddly enough they were exactly the same, but my heart rate was an average of 7 beats less per minute.

10 miles, 8:30 at night. I did  5 mile loop by my house, turned around and did it again. I felt good, so I pushed it a little bit, and I am pleased with the results.

5 miles at 4:30 in the morning. This was a horrible run, I was very tired, but I did it.

20 mile long run. I used a gu about 35 minutes before my run, then a gu at mile 5.5, 10.75, and another at about 16. I also stopped at a water fountain and at home to get a drink. I had 7 water breaks (kept my watch running), I think that helped a lot. This was a good run, I felt confident and positive the whole time. I am a little unsure of the actual mileage, because my watch was acting a little funny, but it is close.
