20 mile long run. I used a gu about 35 minutes before my run, then a gu at mile 5.5, 10.75, and another at about 16. I also stopped at a water fountain and at home to get a drink. I had 7 water breaks (kept my watch running), I think that helped a lot. This was a good run, I felt confident and positive the whole time. I am a little unsure of the actual mileage, because my watch was acting a little funny, but it is close.
