This is what I am going to count as my first training run for my next marathon. Last marathon I trained a little slow, I didnt reqally like it. It made my runs seem like a drag. This run was at night and I did 6 miles. I ran down to main street, went on main street for a little while, then headed back. mile 1 7.08 mile 2 6.54 mile 3 7.13 mile 4 7.36 mile 5 7.48 mile 6 8.16 total 44.55 avg 7.29 max hr 184 avg hr 173 This run was fun, the first part was down hill, then the second was back uphill. It felt good to kind of push it for a training run. |
