Personal:

I've been running since I was nine.  I'm married to a fellow runner who inspires and supports me.  We have two children:  Cole (4) and Lily (18 mos.)  I help Bill Cobler coach cross country at East High School.

Felt pretty decent after yesterday.  Still really dislike cold dark morning runs.

Feeling a bit better.  Had to get out of the house.  Kept my heart rate under control.  Felt good to get out and run.

All the crap in my throat has moved to my lungs, so today was really rough and exhausting.  Met Becca and Aimee for a run though Cottonwood Heights.  I was going to try to add some speed tomorrow, but that might have to wait until next week.
