80 minute jaunt. I had a bloody nose this morning. I hate dry, cold winter air.

I have been fighting a head cold all week, and haven't been feeling too great while running. I don't know whether to push through, or back off. Just one of those little annoyances.

Ran 10 x 2 minutes on/off with Tee. I felt better as we ran, but definitely not my best workout.

Feeling better. I still need to catch up on rest. I don't know what I was thinking, wanting to run a winter marathon. This is my worst buildup ever!  It has been tough.  Oh well. I will do the best I can these last 10 weeks and run it for fun and good fitness heading into the spring.  6:54 average.

FREEZING! But, we made it. No pick ups, just a solid long run. First 20 in a while. So glad I had Becca, or I would have stopped at five. 7:17 average.

I love running on Christmas. It's so nice to get out by myself in the quiet and reflect on the year and other things. Always a present to myself.

Met Nan, Jenny, and Angie at Murray Park. Ran to Wheeler Farm. I wanted 12, but at 10.5 I got hit by a car making a turn and not looking both ways. It was minor, but I banged my elbow pretty hard, and felt really nauseous. So, I hobbled back to my van. Cole wants to go for a run later this afternoon, so I might throw in a second run.
