4 miles this morning. Planning on doing hill repeats this afternoon. Did hill workout @ Pah Tempe. 1 mile warm-up, then started. 1-2:12-felt slower than this 2-2:10- felt pretty good 3-2:08- fastest one 4-2:15 slowest one, not focused the whole time 5-2:11- better effort 6-2:13- last time I only did five, so I decided to add one more and it went alright. 1 mile for a cool down, feeling pretty tired and a little dehydrated now at home, but still glad I did this workout. Looks like I might be taking over as 9th grade girls basketball coach at our school. It could be a positive experience, I've always enjoyed coaching basketball and it would basically go from now until the first week in Feb. My plan would be to have morning practices at 6:00 am which would still leave me time to train after school. |
