Basketball for 2 hours this morning.

5-Ran over to Hurricane Cemetery and used their spicket to soak my shirt and hat then came back home.  I don't know what I was thinking it was too hot to be out running 102 degrees

Went to the doctor found out I've had bronchitis, she did a chest x-ray and some blood work and told me not to run for at least a week.  I also got some drugs.
