Zion View Park 17:46 (8:50 avg) best time on this run to date. 2 mile walk after with Sunny and Jazzy. 2 mile walk in the evening.
Sky Mtn Loop 26:40 (8:51 avg) this was a really good run for me. I'm starting to see my avg pace come down on many of my runs.
3 miles down to Confluence Park, soaked in the river. 15 minutes on the bike, 1 mile walk.
Cow field then walk.
