Went and helped gather stuff up from the Zion 100 aid station on the guacamole trail. I had never been up there, quite the drive and great views, I really should consider doing some runs up there. After bringing the stuff back down to Virgin, Bill and I went and did an easy 5 miles out to Sheep's Bridge Road and a short distance on the JEM trail. Pretty windy, and Bill had been up all night, so I didn't want to make him run very far. |
