Morning workout. Ran 3.5 this afternoon pretty good pace, Jordan rode along on his bike.

Are you up for a run tommorow from the park @ 7pm? I could probably put in 5. My knee is feeling a little better, so I'm trying to ease back into the miles. Let me know.
