I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
5 miles over to the city park and back. My legs are feeling really tight and sore.

David bought some running shoes the other day...Brooks Adrenalin. He went running today!!! My legs have been super tight too. I think I need to strengthen my gluts, my hammies seem to be compensating for my weak gluts.
