I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Pretty cold tonight, so I decided to run on my treadmill,not something I really enjoy, but better than not running. Started out with two miles at 7:00 pace, then dropped the next mile to 6:40, then finished with an easy 7:30.

push that tread mill to 12! No guts no glory. then raise in incline to 4 if your still on. I Did the same thing last night. Are you showing up tonight at 4?

Steve has opened up for business. He still does not have all the things in the store yet. He plans on advertising a hard grand opening in January! Dude, it is freezing in SLC. you will get frost bite! things will fall off and you will not know it!
