Did 12 mile trail run with the running club up at Pine Valley. It was definately a different type of training, worked a lot of different muscle groups. I wasn't sure if I was going to show up this morning, since I'm not much of a trail runner due to my bad ankles, but I was glad I did go and was able to get in some miles. It felt good at the end of the run to sit in a cold mountain stream for a few minutes and ice down the sore legs. |
