I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Basketball then a nice 7 mile run over to 700 West then back through the park and down through Pah Tempe. I'm still feeling like I have no energy on my runs, don't know what the problem is.

Probably the heat. It takes me time to get used to it in the summer. Even when you're not running, the heat takes its toll on you and therefore affects your run even if your run is during cool times of the day (if there is such a thing in Southern Utah).
