Really a pretty good workout this morning for me. I did a 4 mile warm-up and then 5 x Pah Tempe Hill Repeats with 3:00 min recovery. They recently put a gate up in the middle of the road, so I had to adjust the length of the hill repeat, but I still think the hill and distance is going to work. The distance used to be .33 and now it is pretty close to .25 1-1:46 2-1:44 3-1:45 4-1:44 5-1:42 4 mile cool-down. |
