I got up this morning and did 3 miles ran over toward Gravel Pit and then to the highway and back home.  I got home and Mort called need help jump starting Rainer's car they were camping up on the Overlook, so I went up there before school and helped them out.

I did another 3 miles this evening pushing Joslin in the stroller.
