Ran with Bill and Clyde, Steve is still out with the IT band injury and it is a real bummer. I really feel bad for him, but we were talking on the run that maybe this won't be the only time we will ever do Boston. I know for me it has made it a lot more exciting training for this race with the running club as opposed to training for a race on my own. I know after we take a little time off after Boston, we (the running club) will be ready to pick up the training and prepare to run faster times this fall at St. George.

I was a fairly serious weightlifter until my early 30's...just the very basics at home is good for maintenance...like pushups, dips, squats, deadlifts, pull ups, and situps...that is what I try to do on a normal basis to keep the balance...
