This morning I had Sunny drop me off out at Anderson Junction.  I did a 1.5 mile warm-up then started a tempo from mile marker 6.  I only managed to run a 5K and then I stopped 19:38 (6:19 avg) I then walked a mile and did another faster mile down to mile marker 1 (6:17) After that I did 1.5 miles easy back home.
