Ran with Mike and Bill from the old store out to Ivins, did part of the Spectrum course, then came back on the second leg of the Lake to Lake relay.  This was a decent run we averaged right at 8:00 pace.  I got cold we were running in rain and snow most of the run, glad to be done with this run.

2 more miles this evening with Jarren in the stroller.
