Ran over to the Hurricane Library via 400 South, to make it a little longer then back home.  I extended a bit more to make it 7 miles.  I felt pretty good, still some PF issues.  I wore the Launch shoes again, man I don't like them, but I'm too cheap to get rid of them yet they don't have very many miles.  Right now I'm rotating through 4 different pairs of shoes, so it might be time for a new pair of something

Seriously, if you can find a way to keep the sock on a few hours here and there, try it. I did and I haven't looked back.

Have you ever looked into Adidas? They actually have some pretty nice lightweight trainers. New shoes always motivate me a little more. Keep up the miles.

Did Vis mean but a sock in it or on it?? :) Nice job Buddha stay consistant and you will be looking good very soon. Utah Valley here you come. I agree use the sock a few times a week. it will really make a difference.
