Easy 5 miles tonight. Ran over to Hurricane High and watched the Boys JV basketball game against SCHS. I had some former students playing for SCHS so that was fun to watch. The run felt pretty good and I only have to run 8 mile tomorrow to hit my goal of 50 for the week.

Don't know if anybody saw on the news about the Monte Carlo Casino/Hotel fire today. Pretty funny I just booked a room there two days ago for an upcoming trip in a few weeks. I'm going to call them tomorrow and for sure book a non-smoking room.

good job on the miles this week. i need to get more miles each week if i am to have better success at marathons. my biggest mileage week ever has still not been 50 so i have alot of work to do.

so far this week i am at 2.5 miles but i still have tomorrow.
