Basketball this morning and feeling sick now.
Pretty good workout this afternoon did 4 x 1000m on the cow field loop
2 mile warm-up
1- 3:33- just wanted to ease into the workout
2-3:31- changed the watch to metric to remeasure where I exactly I needed to stop, because the first one felt long, which is was by just a little bit.
3-3:27- this one felt the best
4-3:27- struggled but managed to get through it.
Crazy to think that Logan and Dave have been running 1000's on the track about 20 seconds faster than what I did today. I just have a long way to go, but I was pleased with this workout as a starting point for the year. I haven't 1000's since before the St. George Marathon.
