| total running time 75:07. ran at the Bosque with Alejandro. Did well through 6 miles. streuggled after that. splits 9:30, 9:25, 9:08, 9:09, 9:09, 9:19, 9:22, 10:06. I rested at 0.5 miles briefly and then at 6 miles for 2 minutes. Also rested at 7.2 and 7.74 miles. I was struggling by then.
