I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. | total running time 74:06. ran with Alejandro in the Bosque de Aragon. We ran 6.5K together. The tempo was better than I ahd maintained for quite a while. I stopped to rest when he turned around (this was at about 5.8 miles). splits 9:27, 9:23, 9:14, 9:20, 9:24, 9:48, 9:51, 7:40. I am making some progress.
