The heat was too much. adjsuted the plan to run quarter miles up-tempo at 5 and 5.6 miles. splits 10:01, 9:33, 8:14, 10:11, 10:10, 2:00, 2:37, 2:13, 2:51. ave HR 124. 84 degrees at the start of the run with 20% humidity. It got to me the scond half of the run.

| total running time 26:27. In Mexico City. Temp about 57 degrees but >80% humidity. the altitude and the humidity killed me. plan was just to see what happened. splits 10:19, 9:51, 6:17. ave pace 10:01. ave HR 119.
rode the stationary bike for 15 minutes.
it will take me at least a week to get used to the altitude.
