| changed things up and ran after my shift in the temple. It was really hot and I stopped at 2.05 miles. I also had a traffic stop around 3.78 or so. total running time 36:32. splits 9:12, 9:12, 8:58, 9:10.

| ran one lap with alejandro (4.85 miles) before stopping to use an inversion apparatus to see if it would help my back. then ran the 1.4 to complete my usual 6.25 miles.

| total running time 18:09. ran at 4:15 am. felt really tight and slow before my stretch break. splits 9:19, 8:50.

Pushed through so didn't stop after the first usual stretch stop at 0.52 miles until 6 miles. deliberately tried to keep it at 9:10 to 9:15 pace for the first4 miles then tried to speed up. splits 9:13, 9:11, 9:12, 9:10, 9:04, 9:04, 8:57, 6:48.
