Timese were 4:45, 4:43, 4:45, 4:43, 4:43. last one was a bit of a challenge.
Compare this to 3 weeks ago and it was a nice improvement. Weather was clear and low 30's. I am really pleased with this workout. Total running time was 43:53. |
