| total time 104:18. Plan was warm-up for 5 minutes then run 9:05 pace through 9 miles then speed up the last 2. windy conditions and sore legs from Thursday made this plan not possible. I stopped numerous times and still struggled. splits 9:24, 9:06, 9:04, 9:12, 9:11, 9:17, 9:10, 9:23, 9:38 (got a phone call from my son at about 8.8 miles and this gave me a break), 9:25, 9:09, 2:18. ave HR 123.
