total running time 53:20. Plan was to run around 8:55 for the first 3 miles and then speed up dramatically. I just didn't have it in the legs. I stopped to rest at 4.5 miles and then to get water at 5 miles. Without these 2 rests I wouldn't have managed the last 2 splits. splits 8:55, 8:56, 8:57, 9:09, 8:43, 8:40.
