total time 69:11. after 15 minute warm-up did a ladder 1-1-2-2-3-3-4-4-5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 then cool down. splits 9:06, 8:49, 8:50, 9:00, 9:00, 9:04, 9:18, 6:05. I didn't sleep well and only got 5 hours rest. This wasn't a bad run just thought I was going to be able to do better,
