total running time 68:17. plan was to try to push the pace as long as I could. Had 2 stoped before 2 miles due to pebble in my shoes. splits 9:30, 9:17, 9:15, 9:40, 9:31, 10:28 aand 10:36. I had a break at 3.5 miles and then another at 5 miles. I still really struggled the last 2 miles. ave HR again not accurate.
