total running time 82:34. Plan was to start slow and then gradually speed up. Thought I could do the last 2 miles at sub 8:40 pace. legs were super sore the whole time. I was unable to even come close to what i adh planned. splits 9:45, 9:15, 9:11, 9:06, 8:57, 8:54, 9:15, 9:00, 9:12/. ave HR 129. I did not feel good after this run. Decide then that I was goiing to take most of next of from running and just walk.
