I walked more than 15 today. I was adding up my total miles for the weekend to exceed marathon miles. I think Im ready for the St George marathon in two weeks. Not planning any great speeds or time. I just want to finish and not die in the process.
No run to day. I biked to work, from work, around town to yoga, and then home. I bet my miles were over 25. Little bit of sore calf muscles.
Ran/walked to yoga, and then came back. did some upper body weights before yoga
TM run
