TM at a 4:1 ratio. bumped up the speed 0.1 at the start of each cycle. I did 20 pull-ups after my run.
Yoga afterwards
lifted upper body and then yoga
4 mi on the TM at a 4:1 routine. Knee felt uncomfortable but did not hurt. Went to yoga afterwards.
6 mi on the TM for 1hr. 4:1 method. Knee is starting to hurt less. 20 pull ups after my run,
Went walking tonight with cathy for 3 mi to burn of three helps of homemade ice cream.
