Hot lunch run!! I also put on the Skin So Soft oil today. This helps keep the flies off of me. I saw a few deer flies but they didn't stay long when they smelled/landed on me. I did kill one that landed on my shorts.

Bloomington loop for HOT lunch!! Stopped at the park twice for cold water. Ahhh!! Legs are a little sore from biking hard yesterday.
Killed two deer flies. One of the deer flies kamakazied me and he almost got a bit in!
