Evening spin and yoga class. I really cranked it out in spin. I was too tired to finish yoga and the fact that the others kept making it too cool in the room.
Lap swim 100 IM, 10x50yd free, 100 breast/back, 400 free
Evening lake of 0.75 mile swim, and 13 mile bike up the big hill
treadmill. did some pullups, dips and pushups between miles
Lap swim 1400 yds. Slow building
Ran the marathon course with cathy and her friends. Slow and my hip hurt more today then thepast couple weeks. When will this heal!
