For lunch... 2 miles out 2 miles back. I had to stretch every mile. It was ok.
Lunch run on my 5k loop. Felt better today. Probably because I stretched before the run. I didnt stop & stretch until mile 2. Felt good at the end. I ave about 11 min mile.
5k loop lunch run. Didnt start hurting until the small hill climb. stretched at the top. Average pace 11 min/m
