Lunch run. It was a wonderful run until I hit my last mile. I was running through Christensen park for a drink of water, and I was on the path that circles the park. Half way around were two women sitting on the park bench. We said high to each other and right as I passed them, their dog jumped out at me(with no leash), and tried to bite me. I moved fast by jumping and hurdling over the dog. It missed me and didn't pursue me any further. My anxiety skyrocket through the roof and I went down with a hard seizure. I was left there on the spot alone and in manic confusion!! The two peices of sht left me there and I suffered and cried for about 5 minutes in severe confusion and disorientation. This is a common posture of St George!! I eventually made my way back to my office. That was a very slow walk back, and now I have a severe headache!
