Nice easy noon run around the greenbelt.  I feel good today and surprisingly have no muscle soreness from the 20 miler on Saturday.  Looks like another potentially stormy week so I need to get back to the club for morning runs.    Less than 6 weeks of training to go!

Ran 4 miles on the treadmill in the morning at a constant 7:30 pace.  Not real motivated, but it looks nice for an outside noon run.

5 miles around the greenbelt at noon.  Ran the first half with Jeff F. who continued on down the river for a longer run.   Nice day - sun, high 30's and light wind.

Dropped my son off at soccer practice and went for a late afternoon run down the Sunnyside path.  Made a loop around the Corporate Exp bldg and came back through Waterford subdivision for a 5.5 mile run.  The temp was about 40 with stiff winds.

Greenbelt run at noon.  It is a decent day and is supposed to get very good this weekend.  I am planning a long run tomorrow morning, possibly with Jeff F.  I have a slight cold and so have been going a little easier this week.  Pace - 8:00

Catch-up post

Ran 13.5 from home at an average 8:20 pace.  Temp in the high 30's with a north wind.  Still fighting a cold which is keeping the pace down, but felt good during the run.
